I bear the burden so my clients can enjoy the search. With my intimate knowledge of the city and extensive landlord contacts, finding the perfect office will not be as difficult as it might seem. I am patient and honest with my clients, and I am an aggressive negotiator with ownerships, always demanding respect and straightforwardness. She's a graduate of Yale University, a student in the Real Estate program at NYU, a budding surfer, and the mother of one of the most gregarious boys you'd meet all year. Nancy Nguyen is a manager in the commercial leasing division of Tungsten Properties and has been instrumental in its inception and development.
Born in Vietnam, raised in Northern California.s San Francisco Bay Area, and a New Yorker for six years, Nancy is a refreshing balance between pleasant west coaster and driven, efficient east coaster. Her formal education was at UCSD in La Jolla where she received a B.A. in Behavioral Psychology. While still in school, she shifted her focus to sales/marketing. Thereafter, she went on to specialize in B to B, and B to C E-Commerce. Her transition to real estate was natural and has become a labor of love.

Tom Bencivengo was born and raised in northern Connecticut and is a New Englander at heart (although he won’t admit it). Tom studied at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in Ohio where he received a BA in Jazz Studies in the year 2000. After graduating he moved straight to NYC to begin his career as a musician and found his home in Park Slope, Brooklyn where he currently resides. The music world was (and still is) good to Tom and has taken him to many places and down many paths. As a performer he has played with some of New York’s greats and performed around the world. In addition to performing Tom has immersed himself in many other facets of the music world helping him hone his skills as a businessman and entrepreneur. He has worked on score editing projects for Broadway, lectured at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and Vassar College, and managed his own booking agency to name a few. “My interests in Real Estate all started with a trip to Costa Rica with my father to look for some investment opportunities there. Also, seeing Brooklyn at the height of its revival has left me hungry to learn and make my own contribution.” Some of his current personal projects include a land deal on the island of Vieques in Puerto Rico and a restaurant project in Brooklyn. He is also enrolled in his third semester at NYU’s Real Estate Institute. Tom believes a great apartment or business is only made better by a great neighborhood and he has a strong knack for seeing the hidden potential in places that others might overlook, especially in Brooklyn. Overall his experiences have made him a well-rounded, professional individual with a warm personality and a real talent for working with people.
Matt is a native New Yorker who can assist you with all of your real estate needs, in all neighborhoods of the city. Having been born in Brooklyn and later moving to Queens he also deals with those parts of the city. He is a versatile agent who brokers commercial, as well as residential properties. Matt graduated New York University with a degree in Economic Theory, and later went on to various positions in the financial services industry such as loan origination, foreign exchange trading & Equity Research; so when it comes to analyzing potential investments (or a potential new home) he can definitely add value. Matt takes pride in his intimate knowledge of buildings and neighborhoods from his several years in Real Estate to be able to be efficient in brokering deals, and adding real value to clients. Brian's entrepreneurial spirit began in the early 1980’s as cofounder of R.A.G.S. Inc. Born on the infamous Sunset Blvd, Brian bucked the trend by leasing out his Southern California beach property, moving to the East Coast and settling in the Carnegie Hill section on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his wife. Born and raised in Manhattan, Morgan is the son of an acclaimed West African (Ghanaian) author. A 100% New Yorker, Morgan received a solid education from Mt. St. Michael Academy in the Bronx and the College of Mt. St. Vincent in Riverdale, NY. His professional experience began with corporate INROADS internship and with his business administration background worked for the Columbia University Research Foundation. Since his experience managing financial affairs at C.U., he has pursued a career in Real Estate Financing-closing residential and commercial loans as a licensed broker. His love of life and the arts led him to live in Italy where he worked and performed in the arts and dance communities. Meanwhile he developed real estate and trade opportunities between Italy, Ghana, and the USA. Now, Morgan spends most of his time developing more business the Morgan Way-PRINCIPLED TRANSPARENCY. Bernard Schwartz came to New York with myriad travel experiences. Having lived in Rome for several years, he developed an acute eye for architecture and expresses that through his photography. Taking advantage of his central location in Rome, he traveled to the major design and financial centers of Western Europe. In his travels he noted the elements that distinguished successful retailers and restaurateurs from the masses. An active resident of Tribeca today, Bernard is attuned to the excitement and diversity that downtown Manhattan has to offer. His neighborhood relationships will offer unprecedented access and insight to this most desirable retail haven in New York.
A love of architecture, design and travel all attracted Brooke to the real estate industry. Always looking for a new experience, Brooke has lived in some of the most beautiful and cultivated destinations. She studied journalism at the University of Colorado in Boulder, worked in publishing at Wine Spectator and Wired Magazine in San Francisco, spent several summers in Charleston, South Carolina and studied art history and architecture in Florence, Italy. She currently resides in New York Citys West Village neighborhood, where she specializes in retail and restaurant leasing. Her time spent abroad and living in urban environments has allowed her to develop a keen eye for properties. Brooke loves New York City and spends her free time exploring its restaurants, art and culture.
Peter has been involved in commercial real estate in New York for over the past 7 years. He received his Master of Science in Real Estate degree from NYU Real Estate Institute and has been advising private investors in commercial real estate transactions. Having valued and underwritten a large amount of properties in New York as well as nationwide, Peter has gained a strong knowledge of the local commercial markets in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has been working as a construction cost estimator in New York City for over 2 years prior to entering NYU. Peter resides with his family in Brooklyn.
Michael Hymowitz was born in Manhattan and raised on LI. A graduate of Towson University with a BA in Communications, Marketing and Advertising, he has come back to NY to pursue his lifetime passion, a career in Real Estate Brokerage. After working successfully for 3 years at a prestigious boutique brokerage house on LI where he had negotiated both lease and purchase deals, Michael has joined Tungsten Properties with enthusiasm and a professional manner. He believes that in order to be successful in this business you have to make yourself available to your clients. Michael is hard working, ethical, and knowledgeable. His goal is to meet and/or exceed his clients expectations. His main focus is working in the Financial District, however he brings his extensive knowledge of Manhattan to this position.
